As the title says, which manual should I grab that has all the repair information about my 2g Eagle Talon? I've come across Chiltons, Haynes, Factory (purple), or Factory (blue-green?)
I don't see the Factory purple books anymore and I recently found some Factory blue-green ones on Ebay. What was the difference?
I'm only asking which book to get and not the links to any online version just yet. I saw some of the links already. I rather get a hard copy since I'm poor to afford a laptop to use the on-line manual and I don't like wasting time running back and forth from my car to the computer.
I would have picked up both Factory service manuals, but part of me thinks that the other manuals may have updated information? Is there any difference between Chiltons and Haynes as in one has more information than the other? I can't look through either of those at the local automotive store since they're shrink wrapped :S
I own a 1995 Eagle Talon ESI with 141,xxx miles and I've done quite fine with some do it yourself maintenance. I'm fully aware that sooner or later, I'll have to start replacing a handful of car parts and I would like to be equipped with most complete manual that I can get my hands on.
