its a yellow birdcage-looking light. My guess is that its a fan light but can someone clarify this please? thanks

hahahaha....that's funny...i've never heard of that one before. Its the low coolant light, it's suppost to simulate a radiator. But the bird cage is a funny one.

Before anyone nails you for not using the search, I'll just tell you. The bird cage your describing is actually the symbol for a radiator. If it's lit it is indicating a low coolant level. actually, it's not necessarily low on coolant. The block and radiator could be completely full, but your overflow reservoir is empty. The sensor is mounted in the bottom of the tank. Try filling the reservoir and it will go out.

haha birdcage! Sometimes my sensor in the resivor gets stuck, when theres fluid in there. so just try to knock on it, or if you have something to go down they're and can "break it free". But more then likely you just dont have coolant in there.

another one
