check engine light is on won't idle right

aye wassup everyone, the passeed two days my check engine light has been on and my car hasn't been idleling right it keeps on reving up and down between 1,000 and 2,000rpm without me stepping on the gas. any ideas what might be wrong

Could be a number of things...Check vfaq for idle surge...Could be something wrong with the tps sensor, I had a problem with my coolant temp plug...that set off my check engine light and caused me to have idle surge as well as problem starting the car... hopefully other guys have some different ideas if that doesnt work

Check your o2 sensor. I dont know about these cars to much but that was the syptom of my camaro and that was the prob

aye everyone thanks for your help but i figured it out, it was the cylanoid but f*** it cost me $300 but its fixed now so thanks for trying to help
