I posted a little bit a g o regarding my holset turbo. But can't get into that thread for some reason. Anyway I have a holset on my 6 bolt swap but has bad seals and there is no plate on it to identify. I did find that it's an 8 blade and numbers I found are 4035899 any help would be appreciated. I am looking at getting another holset to replace it with. it has a t3 flange with a Megan 02 housing pretty sure it's a 4 bolt 02 housing.

Post pictures of the turbo, or else it's almost impossible for us to say which exact turbo you have.

I thought you were also asked for pictures in the previous thread, sorry if that wasn't you. But we really pics at the least. But measurements are the most sure way to tell what it is.

Ya I got locked out of my old thread. Haven't had a chance to get a pic uploaded and it's still on the car. Don't know why everyone has to be rude on forums when I'm simply asking a question. Sorry I'm new to dsm but I'm not new to cars. I was just asking like in my last post are all holset interchangeable. I was curious on size so I didn't change my set up too much.. I was wanting to go with a hx35 as I have 272 cams and rc injectors already. Thanks

They aren't really being rude. Get some pics of the turbo in question posted up like they said in the other thread. Measurements would also be helpful. When you get a chance upload some pics of the turbo and we can probably help you out.

Another thing is a rebuild may be a good way to go. Justin has helped me out before. Journal Bearing Turbocharger Rebuild Service - DSM Classifieds
Someone closer that I have had excellent experiences with is HX35's and HX40's W or W/O turbine housings - DSM Classifieds

Im new too and didnt see anything rude....you really should as give as many details and pics as possible to recieve any help...most people arent mind readers!!
