What is it? What can I get one...

There is a connector on my car right about where the pink circle is. It's got 2 wires going into it and I just noticed one of them is melted pretty bad. Does anyone know what this is. I'm assuming it has something to do with reading intake manifold pressure cause that code is always on my car. Anyways...Anyone have one on hand?
