Wanted to get some opinions from you guys.

Current set up: Full 3inch turbo-back, intake, type-s/uicp , ported Evo o2 Boost/oil presure/ water temp (basic mods)

New mods: Evo 16g, Ported Evo manifold, Pocketlogger, S-AFC, AVC-R, 255 fuel pump, Poly motor mounts

Mods to come after install: EGT gauge, TT, FMIC

My question is what injectors you guys susjest for the best performance/quailty. I was looking at some 550's, there is alot to choose from was thinking to go with the RC 550's seeing that I heard good things about them, then I was told to go with 650's or 660's. 660's are pricey but what do you guys think? I am also planning on going to a bigger turbo maybe next year after the AWD conversion is done on my Spyder. Should I just stick with the RC 550's and wait until I get the bigger turbo and dsmlink to get bigger injectors. I want something that I will get the best out of the evo 16g. Thanks guys for your help.

go with at least 660's you may not use it all wth the evoiii even though I would imagine you could get close on pump but if you plan on going to a larger turbo then you will need all the fuel you can get, do it right once so you don't waste money in the end. Second with a 255 you should really consider getting an afpr, a 255 on a stock fpr will make tunning a pain in the ass.

I heard that 660's wasnt a good idea with the pocketlogger/S-AFC combo, better with dsmlink which I dont have right no ($$$$) and 660's are alot of money , there about $100 more, but if there worth it then I will go with those. Well in the future I might get even bigger then 660's , Im going with either a 50trim or GT35R. Ya I might get a fpr as well, but that will come a little later. I want the Bushuser one which is like $280. But first gonna get all this sh!t on.

i plan on gettin some used EVO8 560cc for $150 :) Hey im in college i need best bang for buck

That's the path I'm going with as well. I have it on good authority from Jeff at DSMChips that these flow close to 600cc and have a deadtime that's very close to stock.

If you max out the evo3 then you will need more than 550's, unless you want to run at over 100% duty cycle-ask shape who did it with the evo3. Also if you are eventually going to go even bigger then the evo3 you will definatly need bigger injectors. Why buy 550's now to save 100, only to have to buy a whole new set of 650's or 750's later? Think about where you eventually want to go with the car and plan all of your mods around that. Otherwise you will keep buying expensive parts that you'll have to replace over and over again as you keep upgrading. In the long run it will save you a ton of money. Good luck with what you decide on-oh yeah, I see around 80% duty cycle with my fic 650's on 93 pump with my evo3 turbo, which would max out the 550's.

because i rather not spend $309 for 660cc when i can get 560cc for $150. I dont care if i dont max out my e16g. Not everyone is looking to make record breaking horsepower  ill be happy with 280-300whp. Also going bigger injectors is gonna waste more fuel which like i said im on a college budget, and i have Cali SMOG to pass. :dsm:

right before my aem ems install I had safc/pocketlogger with 660's and no drivability issues with better gas milleage than stock its all in the tunning. If you don't want to buy new consider buying used, I bought my 660's off a local guy for 200$ and they were only used for 2k miles. If you are patient you can find great deals. And for fpr I don't recomend one its almost needed with a 255. The preasure that fuel pump creates overruns the stock fpr and causes sever tunning issues, trust me I know from experience. You get extremely incosistant flow and makes tunning next to impossible becuase the injectors are always getting different amounts of fuel forced through them depending on your throttle position, amount of accs. on to take current away from the fuel pump, etc... Look into buying an areomotive at slowboy the sell a kit with all lines and the regulator for the same price or cheaper than the bushcur one(not 100% positive of this but its close in price)

I dont no what your saying, do you recommend I get one or not? If so, I most likely will pick up the Bushcur one and pick up a 1g fuel rail, would I need anything else, lines etc?

Thanks guys again for your input. :)
