What in the world is wrong with my car...soooo SLOW

Alright i took the car to the track last night, in hopes that mabye it would run good . I left the track basically really pissed off. I have NO idea why the car is this slow...ive searched on here and noone is near as slow...somethings gotta be up. My first run was:

Ok i saw that and about shit myself..then i got to thinking...well mabye i just got a bad launch, if i can bring my 60 down...i can dip into the 13's, which still isnt impressive...but would have mad me much happier . So second run went like this:

After i saw that, i about shit myself again ...there has to be something wrong? The clutch isnt slipping, im revving to 7k and didnt miss or even delay any shifts. Something has to be up...mods are

Full 3 inch exhaust
Intake
Front mount
14b @ 17psi
Fuel shit with SAFC
New motor with 2400 miles on it
6bolt

Now the main thing i noticed, as i recorded all of my runs on my defi guage, is that it will only make 14psi until about 5500, then will climb to the 17psi the BC is set for. I can turn the BC all the way up, and it STILL wont do anything other than that, the number after 5500 goes up, not below...Why could this be? I am really lost and pretty damn pissed to say the least...this should be an easy 13 car, and with some weight off, probably 12s. Why am i running mid 14s?

didn't read carefully enough, missed the mods list...

Check for shaft play and also a pre-turbo exhaust leak, how old is the 14b? Also do a boost leak test as that is probably the most likely problem and the turbo is just finally overcoming the leak at high rpms which makes your car slow and potentially could hurt your turbo.

I ran 13.7@99 with those same mods. But my 60ft was 1.8x-1.9x. You're a far cry from 12's, but you should definitely be running 13's. I also went 13.2 @ 105 with those same mods plus a maft and act2600. Your 60ft is killing your time, but your trap speed looks pretty decent. I wouldnt say you're slow, 98mph shows that you have the power to go 13's for sure.
