What have your broken, if anything, from launching your AWD?

Nearly everytime that I hit a stop sign or a red light I launch my car HARD when I go again. Nothing broken yet. *knock on wood*

Not a dang thing. I let it go at 4000 or so, slip the clutch and she's fine. If you really want to break some parts, dump the clutch and then make sure you flat shift your gears. That'll guarantee some trashed parts over time.

ACT 2900lb clutch, fidenza flywheel, 6k rpm stutter, 6.5k no lift to shift... I dont use the stutter box very often anymore as it is pretty much pointless with my crappy tires but thus far nothing has broken on the times I have used it. Like said above the main objective is to slip the clutch (not smoke it... just slip it a little) at first so the clutch, not the transmission is absorbing the shock of the launch.

Yeah I'm guilty of launching probably 3-4 times a week at around 4k+ so far so good!

CV Axles, Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends..oh you name it I've had to replace it..at least on the front end...the moron before me launched it at EVERY oppurtunity known.

Only thing Ive broken was the center diff. That was on a 6k stutterbox launch at the dragstrip.

I blew up a clutch, had some nice holes in the bellhousing
