so on my block on the timing side you put the front case on first, then what are all the thing you need to put the crank pulley on?

is there a gear, then spacer then STM: OEM MITSUBISHI 4G63 CRANK PULLEY CENTER BOLT & WASHER | 1101A022 | MD377400

that, then what?

if someone could leave a list for me it would help :thumb:

also I looked in my manuel and no help

this picture shows everything i have. I also need the crank pully yet.

let me know which order to put this stuff on. Only the stuff to get the crank pulley on

When I did mine, it was BS sprocket, spacer, TB crank sprocket, washer, bolt, T-Belt, H-Balancer, 4 bolts for H-Balancer

This was all I could find image wise to help you out . . .
The first image is the 6 bolt setup
The second image is the 7 bolt front view with the crank sensor pulse plate

Are you rebuilding the 7 bolt or doing a 6 bolt swap ??

Edit . . . I see your image now - look at the last image - it`s the 7 bolt setup

The crank pulley should fit right over the crank sprocket bolt and washer.

I threw this PDF together, hopefully you can figure it all out from there.

I edited your picture with numbers. The lowest number is what goes on the crankshaft first.

BTW, when you install the spacer for the balance shaft sprocket (if you're keeping them), the tapered side goes toward the block.

thanks guys but quick question, what do I do when I'm not using the balance shafts...should I still install the spacer the same?

You still need the large balance shaft sprocket or a balance shaft spacer MD128107. You already have the sprocket so there is little point in spending money on the spacer, but you MUST have one of them in there. The little sprocket hole can be plugged with a freeze plug or the balance shaft cap MD092785 and some JB weld.

Also, be certain you use thread sealant on the bolt for the balance shaft tensioner pulley if you don't want a big oil leak.

Here is my 6 bolt. The spacer is the only thing behind that dust shield.

The #1 in Kimcheefists picture can be replaced by a spacer if you are not using the balance shafts. With the spacer it just looks cleaner and technically there is less rotating mass... but that is a negateable difference. The balance shaft sprocket can still be used even without the balance shafts.

Hope this helps!
