Resolved What Goes Here?

Hey guys still trying to put my motor back together and there's a bunch of stuff that after 5 months I've forgotten where alot alot of this stuff goes and how it goes... I hope you will help me with my main problems...

First off what goes in these two holes next to the starter?

And last but not least this guy here I'm pretty sure isn't going to be going back on I think it has to do with the timing tension and was most likely replaced with a new one when the 6 bolt was built for me... Looking for verification though

Thanks a bunch I need to get this thing running again! Stepped in a bit over my head but you know how it is gotta save money and DIY. Hopefully after this I'll be fully seasoned for my next rebuild...

The small water pipe is for your oil cooler.

The hard coolant line, connect that to the other line (at the end), it is for your oil cooler. There should be another hose coming down from your water pipe right next to the PS pump, that goes to the other hardline coming out your oil cooler (housing). The other end of the hardline goes into your thermostat housing (the bottom nipple, top one if for your turbo coolant line.
