Biss idle screw. It's to adjust your idle..

Nothing goes there, assuming there BISS screw is there, you can get a rubber plug to cover the BISS.

Nope, no scree was in there at all. Thats why i assumed a hose went there beacuse the leak is pretty bad... thanks fellas
