Is this a 95-99 7-bolt waterpump?

Measure the distance between the two bolt holes on the first picture the ones on the bottom which would be the top of the pump. The 6 bolt water pump has like a 3 inch and 3/16 distance while the 7 bolt has like a 2 6/16 distance ball park not exact just measured it real quick. Hope this helps you out.

Yes. That's a 7 bolt water pump. The 2 top bolt holes on the 6-bolt pump has more of a spread between them (the pump is upside down in the picture).
