2G What do you guy recommend?

ive done my research on what plugs to use, i belive it was a bp7ers. But i just wanted to get a second opinion before i did it. And always what oil do you guys use? this is my first 2g

Plugs NGK (6637) BPR6EIX
Oil is all preference. I run Castrol syntec on everything own. My civic , sti, evo and GST all castrol.

BPR6ES or BPR7ES, the EIX plugs above are great but they’re $8-10 each depending on where you go. The ES plugs are what’s called for and they’re $1.50-2 each

I'm guessing you have a stock turbo? If so, like evolving_sti stated, it's all preference. If you're running or plan on running FP turbo, they have recommendations

how do you feel about rotella?

All my turbo k-series friends ran rotella. Wasnt my choice but it worked for them. When I had a turbo K , I ran joe gibbs hot rod oil in it.

I run NGK BPR7ES. They are one step "colder" than stock, and they're affordable, and they should be able to handle stage 1 and stage 2 upgrades for the 2g. Hope this helps!
