Does this mean that I couldn't run 25psi with 550cc injectors and a 190 walboro pump on my 16g turbo?

Do these numbers take into account different turbos?

Money is an issue. but, i was just going to tune with the SAFC II because those are available for 200 or so."

Save another month and get Ecmlink lite because you'll not regret it. You’ll also need a wideband. Turning up the boost- is playing with the air fuel ratio by nature, you must have that wideband. I went with an innovative LC-1 because it was cheap but not too cheap. I recommend the link because, its like $150 more; the benefits of running and saving for the link outweigh the costs. Oh and you will need to upgrade your maf to fix fuel cut; i went to an evo one.
Dsmlink allows you to select various mafs.
You should have a front mount intercooler. I do not run one. I have however put the boost to 18. I do not have stock injectors, I have hand me down rc 550's and a rewired 190, so a hundred sixty bucks of parts. Get a good boost leak test, and make sure everything is sealed up good. I've had to crush the bov to hold the boost in more- it still leaks. *I must get a punishment racing fmic kit*.
