What Bolt is this

I took the covers off my engine and out of the cover comes this bolt. I have no clue what it is, can't see any where it came from. Its covered in Grease though so I'm relativley confident it came from the engine.

What cover??
the timing belt cover? it dosen't look like something that should come from our cars

It looks like a bolt that is used on adjustable tensioners. Never seen one on my engine though.

Ive never seen a bolt like that and I have build 2 4g63 motors recently. maybe it fell behind the timing cover some how.

Well I bought a wood screw to take out my BCS restrictor, and the head looked like that. Not the shaft part though.

Cover just realized Im going an engine build and I keep it covered with garbage bags for nothing gets in there
