what are your stock n/t 0-60 mph times?

me and my friend timed my talon ESi and we got 9.7 seconds (my friend was with me, so another added 160 lbs) does this seem slow to anyone? when i had it in the shop, the guy that test drove it thought it lacked power, so i think it might need tuned up. and if it does, what is the best way to get it to peak stock performance?

They run a 9.0 0-60 and a 16.6 1/4 stock with a professional drive thats with a manual.

With i/h/e i was running 15.9-16.0 in the quarter. Try learning how to drive, THEN boost the performance.

I ran 17.1 out of a total 2 runs at the track, with all my mods I have now except the CAI. My tranny is about done, its getting replaced soon. Im still overly upset with that time, I guess I dunno how to drive or something

When I first got my car I tested the 0-60 with a stopwatch and it was 8.5-8.7 and quarter mile is 16.9 at 83.02mph I still need to learn how to drive a little better though and I should be faster.

before i got my head ported,polished, and shaved i ran a 16.7 with the car overheating on a +35 day

first time at the track too. i think with all my mods and the recent head work id run between a 16.3 and a 15.9

When I first got my car I ran 16.6 bone stock. When I got my V2 intake I ran 16.4. Never timed it again since I'm getting ready to sell it.

haha ill do ya one better, i started a song on my cd player when i hit the throttle, and used the track time of the song to time my 0-60

it was around 8.

yes chris, get an afc damn it!!!! , a good header, a nice 190lph pump, and tune it and i think with the nitrous you might see a high 14

i ran a 16.2 with just an intake...i put on a header, full exhaust, hi flo cat, afx UDP, fidanza flywheel, and about 150lbs weight reduction and i ran a 15.6 w/ a 2.2 60'...

i hear horror stories all the time about non turbo eclipses running 17's...man, i wasnt happy with my mid 15 second car...idk what i would do if i was running in the 17's.

for those of you in the 17's you really need to get your car checked up...on car-stats.com they say our cars should be a 16.5 stock...and i have seen 16.3-16.4 stock. idk maybe u need to work on ur track driving because it does take a lil bit to get used to, i ran a 16.6 my first run when i went, but i settled down and learned the ways of the track and i pulled a 16.4 my second run....and a 16.2 my third run.\


went back a couple months later to get a 15.6, thats when i decided to sell it, ...keep up the work everybody, i really like seeing non turbo eclipses goin fast

I did the whole 0-60 thing with a watch stop watc and the stero song thingy got about 9 give or take a lil every time havent done it sience the engine rebuild or the intake and 2.5 catback with straight pipe (no cat) and ill be taking it to teh drag strip on friday but its an 1/8 mile nearest 1/4 is an hour away but its gotten alot faster with just those things. i was wondering also if i got pacesetter headers if i would run into a back pressure poblem with no can and all i dont wanna waste the money or what ever.

Since I have my head off of my car I went ahead and started replacing internals before the basics. It'll just have cams, gears, and a header when I finish it up next week. Thinking about seeing if my neighbor willl go with me to the track and try to see if I can get any respectable numbers with him driving then with me driving.
Been kicking around making a CAI for taking it to the strip since funds are a little tight with everything that I've bought so far.
Hopefully I'll be able to get some decent 1/4 times/0-60 times to post up here in the next month or so.

I have a 95 eclipse GS and i haved a 3A Racing muffler and ran a 16.1 at the track i thought that was pretty good but wasn't sure. My car also has alot of miles on it too.

I just recently got a AEM short ram intake and that seemed to help it a lot. I haven't been to the track since i got my intake though but hoping it helped me a little on my time because it seems that my time is slow I think.
