What are these rims?

I want my car to look very similar to this, but i can't find these rims...Anyone know what they are? Or, know of something about the same?

If you have any car magazines, (sport compact car, modified, import tuner, super street, etc.) I would just flip through them and find the ads they are filled with for rims. I personally have seen a number of ads that have rims very similar to those, and maybe you'll find something better. Craigslist, ebay, and the classified section here on tuners are a few other places you could look too.

Best bet would be classifieds on local forums and craiglist or ebay for used. New, places like tirerack.com
