Looks Photoshopped. You can probably just paint the tails that way.
 
I'm guessing you saw that in the 2g evo x front bumper thread. It is photo shopped, but i have seen people use viynal for the rear tail lights to have eyelids. its all rice IMO

Yeah I did haha, I've seen them plenty of other places too. I think they look like mean eyes on the back and look kind of sick. ;)
 
Buy plastidip at home repo LOL. You can always peel it right off if you decide you dont want it anymore

Plasti dip would look like ass cause its not smooth like viynal, it would be rough to the touch like plyer grips or bed liner.. but softer.... plasty dip is good for badges, or if your doin the whole car. not to mention the white plastidip has no pigment in it and doesn't really cover fully. viynal will be 100% solid and available in a wider verity of colors.

Where could I get it? I was thinking i'd maybe do that and then the remaining tailight, i'd smoke it.

I second this. the plasti dip isnt something that would look decent enough to look clean.
The vinyl would be easier and smooth, and easier that body mods.
