What are the best main/rod bearings out right now

Well im putting together another 6 bolt and am looking for a good set of main and rod bearings. Wondering what would be the best thing to get.

ACL's will work fine and SBR usually has them in stock.

I like the Calico coated ACL's. For the price, might as well. Search for Calico.

i was in the same situation...it was either the calico coated acls or the oem bearings...i went with the oems because of the following reasons...

plently of people run 375+ hp on the stock bottom end with 150k miles on it...what is the record on the stock bottom end again 500+ hp...that right there proves that the oem bearings can handle the power

the calico coated bearings should not be installed by a home mechanic because somone from sbr posted on this forum that they require special handling and installation...i heard that you can not use plastigauge on them because when you smash it...they get stuck on the bearing...and when you go to remove it from the bearing it will take the special calico coating off with it...so just keep that in mind...
