I think you need a better description of your problem. Where exactly is the FPR leaking? The picture is not very descriptive.

Is it leaking at the attachment point where the fuel lines screw in?
This could be a an o-ring issue.

If the Fuel Lab unit itself is leaking itself maybe your unit is faulty, I would contact who you purchased it from and see if they could send you a replacement.

+1. Check all the seals, I've heard of a few cases where Teflon tape fixes a leak. Do you know exactly where the leak is coming from.

Agreed that a better description is needed. Are you leaking fuel from the vacuum/pressure fitting on the top half of the FPR or from the one of the fuel lines on the bottom half?

If from the top then you may have a tear in the diaphragm. You can unbolt the top from bottom (looks like there are 4 allen head bolts) to inspect the diaphragm.

Do the fuel lines attach via NPT fittings? If so, are you using teflon tape (preferably the yellow colored stuff for fuel) or some other type of fuel compatible thread sealant?

Put teflon tape on the threads of the brass fitting. (RTV is fine too)

Put Ultra Black RTV on the threads of the adjustment bolt, under the washer, and under the nut after you get the pressure set right and don't move it again if you can. I adjust mine periodically and it still doesn't leak b/c of the RTV.
