ok look all over for what oil lines to run I had a 20g with 4an line coming in to that turbo need to know what fitting goes into the feed the size and thread pitch like m12 x 1.5 is that the oil feed for the wh1c and what is the return line need to know thanks

This is what the info on what I did for my Holset hx40 and im pretty sure will be identical for your turbo also.

You want to get the oil pressure to be as close to the same that the trucks that have these turbos. So I ordered a 32" -4an oil feed line to run from the oil filter housing, a inline oil filter and a -4an oil restrictor that threads onto the feed line. For the restrictor you will need to look at the holset treads as to the size the holes needs to be in the center. For mounting the oil feed line to the turbo depending on hows yours is you can use a bolt on flange or screw a fitting into the turbo.

For the drain you want the line to be as big as the bottom hole so I bought a aluminum drain flange for mine and cut the original an threads on of it and made the hole in the center and big as the hole in the bottom of the turbo. Then I welded a -12an aluminum threaded piece to it and cleaned up the welds. For the oil pan I welded a steel -12an that I bought at napa and bought some -12an fittings and line.

Alot of guys blow these turbos because either to much oil pressure which is why you need the right size restrictor for your feed or they cannot get oil out of the turbo fast enough hence the -12an drain which is the same soze as the stock drain size. To measure the oil pressure going to the turbo isn't to much I bought a fitting with a threaded plug on the side to have on my oil feed line that I can run a pressure gauge on the line while driving the car or to just check things out.

ok ya I've looked for thread pitch can't find it but will figure it out will a 1.5 retrictor be fine for the oil coming in also was thinking on taking a 10 an oil return and porting the fittings out to match the oil holes will that work.

1.5mm = .059"; way too small of a restrictor for Holset. You'll blow it sure as shit if you use a restrictor that small.

Also, please speak in sentences. Your lack of sentence structure and capitalization is unacceptable.

Just let every body know that want's to do this rtm racing in canda sells all the fittings you'll need to install this turbo. The bottom fiitting of the turbo doesn't fit quit right but they sell all of it in one place all custom made and the oil restrictor to.
