Wet inside wheel well....

Ok for a couple days now i noticed there was a slight vibration in my steering wheel and i first thought it was my lugnuts loose or something but they were all tight then today driving home is got alot worse..i would coasting at almost any speed and there would be a vibration in the wheel and i can now feel the vibration through my pedals..I got home and looked around and all inside my wheel well its all wet kinda thin like wd-40..Looks like it came from the bottom of my shock but i really could not tell my boots are fine and theres no grease or nothing its a fluid pretty thin..i changed the pads on them the other day but im pretty sure everything is tight......Anyone know what it can be?!?!

check your brake fluid,could be bad brake calipers,power steering fluid?which wheel well?did you get your bleeder screws tight?are the back of your tires wet also?
