Werid cracking noise

So i replaced my transmission and clutch , and it still has this werid noise in the rear end after each shift pull like thump not sure what could it be any suggestions? car is 1995 eagle talon tsi AWD Turbo

Have you checked the driveshaft carrier bearings? Could be bad and allowing slop in the driveshaft

where are these located??

Between the transfer case and rear differential, they support the multi-piece driveshaft.

Could possibly be the rear differential bushings. Try to move the differential around and see if it has any play in it.
