Weird wire under the dash

After i took my steering column off i found a harness that was cut. Its a red harness with two wires, one of them is a tealish color that runs right under the steering column. Car starts up just fine but im wondering what it goes too. My camera isnt working right now so I cant take a picture but the connector is bright right. I'm wondering since my vehicle doesnt have airbags from the previous owners accident if its the airbag wiring?
