Weird noise coming from the dash

OK, here is my problem. When I start my car after sitting all night long it makes a weird noise from the dash. The sound resembles a loose cable, if you ever owned a car with stretched cables for RPM or speed then you would know the sound i'm hearing. It will only make the noise on the first start. I can turn the car off and turn it right back on after sitting all night and only hear the noise once. In my opinion the noise is coming from behind the wheel in that area but I have no idea what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone else had or has this problem feel free to leave you experience.

pull out the dash and take a look around?

I had my dash out before, theres nothing to it. It plugs into 2 slots into the firewall. Everything is electronic so I have no idea what could make that noise and only on the first start up.
