I just put a recently rebuilt tranny in my car a few months ago. While the tranny was out I did all new oem axle seals and output shaft seal. Now my issue is after taking the car out for a good hard ride is when I park it I get a leak from the tranny area. Its not a huge leak but leaves maybe a quarter sized stain in the driveway and I can see a drip of oil on the bottom of the tranny. The thing that is weird is it only leaks after driving it. I've cleaned the whole tranny and let the car sit undriven for a week and it won't leak. I can't seem to locate where the leak is coming from either. I've pull out the axles and tried reseating them in the seals but it didn't help. Neither of the axles seals were wet either. I'm not sure where else to look.

There's a bolt in the back that holds your reverse shaft into the case. Make sure you remembered to torque that, because it will leak just how you described if it's loose.

Ok I'm not sure I know what the reverse shaft is and I can't seem to find anything searching for it either. Care to elaborate?

Thanks
