Well, For the first 3 runs the car felt great! I got to do 4 runs 2 of them I bogged really bad and the other 2 I spun the tires really bad, no happy medium. I trapped really good though, between 124.76 and 126.35 all 4 runs.
The 4th run brought me back to a problem I had up until I did the first 3 runs today. Had this problem ever since I got the car running again. The problem is that in 3rd and 4th gear I get a sputter/hesitation. First I blamed it on the 11 month old fuel (long been replaced), Then I assumed it was fouled mis-gapped spark-plugs (replaced last night, one was at .032 the others were correct at .028). Then on the way down there when it did it to me again, I thought maybe since I tightened up the internal waste-gate actuator arm (adjustable) while I was putting the car back together, that might be it (too much for the turbo to do). So, when I got to PMP I loosened up the manual boost controller only to find the spring was pressed down, moved it back into place and then went not as tight on it. Then the first 3 runs went great (temp was kind of cool outside). 4th and final run the hesitation came back. so I took a log of it on the way home in 4th gear.
Just wondering if anyone else has some thoughts on this, I am just assuming when it got hotter out, I pushed the turbo to it's limits again. I don't know, but what's wierd is that when it "sputters" you notice it on everything, inj duty, air, fuel, and rpm's.
I also did a leak test when I replaced the plugs and fixed what little leaks I had.
Also, I believe I hear my TAiL BOV when the sputter hits.

What are your thoughts

Well, I will be a SOB........ 180* OUT will do it! OR it just didn't want to do it the 2 times I tried it in 3rd from 45ish to redline!

Nevermind, that didn't fix it :(, Tried 4th gear and it came back. Then random misfire came on and I was running on 2 or 3 cylinders the rest of the way back. Let the car sit for about 30 mins, then I was going to see what cylinders weren't firing, but it started up and idled fine. I was hoping maybe I had the problem narrowed down, guess not.

How old are your plug wires. Usually a spark/missfire problem that shows up under heavier loads more than lighter loads (i.e. showing up in fourth instead of 2nd and 3rd..i'm assuming this is happening at WOT) But usually that is a leaking plug wire insulatation or coil case as those are the things(wires, plugs nad coils actually 3 ) that have a higher load to try and carry when cylinder pressures are rising and trying to keep the spark from occuring ( i can't technically explain it, but that's my take on how it's happening)

ANyway, check your wires, and coils... Open the hood at night and rev it in neutral to see if you can see any sparks jumping around when looking at the wires and coils.

TY, don't know if that'll help since I have a COP.......LOL
I think I should put a list of what I have to help people help me solve my problem

Ahhh... have you checked the condition of the boots from the coils to the plugs? They could be arcing to ground underneath where you can't see it. I'm not sure but can you stil use the built in diagnostics of the OBD-II system with DSMlink? Meaning can you read the CEL code to see if it's a "random multiple missfire" and on what cylinder it's on? I fso that can help you track it down. Or if your stuck with standard "stand alone diagnostics" (meaning you check and or replace parts till it's fixed) then i would start replacing the boots from teh coils to the plugs, then start cheking all the wiring..pull some data logs.. Can yhou log the ignition signal from teh CAS with DSMlink? I doubt you can as ihavne't seen it, but you could look for the signal to fluctuate or fall off when it's missing.

OH i forget to mention, maxing out your turbo will not cause a miss.. If it's surge you will also hear weird air whooshing and fluttering (hard to describe) noises from the turbo

Kinda like in my first post when I said I think I hear my TiAL BOV going off? or something different?

Looking at your logs some more, it seems like airflow starts to fluctuate when it's breaking up.. Not sure, but you might be having MAF-t troubles. but not being familiar with that setup at all, i couldn't tell you where to start looking. But it also could be the miss causing less exhaust evergy for the tubo spuratically and making the airflow fluctuate that way too...

Yeah, I don't get it.......... everything lowers..........inj duty, air flow, boost, something is making everything go down together.
