Just had the trans replaced today everything button up ready to start. I start the car and start to hear this noise a video is attached. The noise is somewhere to the right of the motor when facing the car. I pulled valve cover in case something was loose under there put nothing to my knowledge is loose. In the video u can clearly hear the noise.

I keep attaching the video via URL attachment but doesn't go

You can check the belt deflection between the cam gears, if it's slack at all you've got a problem. Otherwise you'll have to pull the timing cover off and visually inspect the tensioner.

Just finished pulling cover and tensioner off.. Tensioner was wet with hydro fluid I believe and was stiff. So my guess the tensioner was bad causing the chatter
