weird idle

I just recently bought a 95 talon tsi awd. The car idles at 300 when its in drive and when i turn the car on just in park it idles at 900... any ideas why it drops so much? I put some seafoam in the oil and gas tank and it helped the idle a little but its still kinda low and it shakes a bit.

Check for boost leaks and cylinder compression, it is quite difficult to diagnose. Can you explain more or even better provide a video? Also check your ISC motor on the throttle body.
