weird idle problem

I have a 97 gs and for some strange reason this morning when i turn it on it started to idle normally then it just shot up to 4k rev.....so i shut it down...turn it on again and rev went up to 4k revs again. I get turn-key trouble code..12,31,55......please help

Did you check if your throttle or cruise cable got snagged on something?

I checked it and it looks normal.....any other ideas??

update: so i removed the throttle body and cleanned it all out....i put everything back together and went to fire it up but i got nothing....the engine would turn but it wouldnt start........i checked to see if the spark plug had spark but there was nothing...no spark.....now what could it be???????
