First I'd like to say I'm still new so I have no idea when it comes to the engine itself running
My 98gs has a weird idle, and when I start her up she idles at about 1300rpm until warm and drops about a hundred . (I think it idles higher but still drops a few hundred after warm)
What confuses me is if I turn on any like defroster, high beams, any type of thing it drops about 100-200rpm.
I have a high idle and idk How to fix it. I will read about vac leaks and see if I have any. thanks for helping a newbie!
Also when stopped and idling sometimes it jumps between a few hundred rpm. I saw a slight cut in a spark plug wire but I doubt it'd be that without throwing a code. Any ideas anyone?
Random question (I found answers for the 4G but not 420a)
How do I get my needles on the gauge cluster to become accurate again? I'm replacing my tack, speedo, temp and fuel gauge due to dead lights.)
