Weird Exelrating problem

Three months ago I got my 6-bolt swap done. Now I am having a problem excelerating when I floor it in second gear it excelrates smooth then right around 5000rpm it feels like some one is wanking the car backwards, but then it smooths out right after that. So I am very puzzled on what is going on. Could my Maf not be getting an rpm signal or could it be ignition, or even fuel. Please Help.

need engine specs. turbo injectors any electrical modifiers etc. ... this will help us diagnose

It only does it in second gear, not any other gear? Also does the engine sputter a little bit or anything?

I am replying for him. It does it in all gears when you get on it. It feels almost as if someone is slamming on the brakes for a second, like fuel cut. He has stock injectors and what is all in his profile, nothing else. Boost level does not seem to change the effect? It does not sputter. WTF
