I have replaced my T housing, waterpump and lower radiator hose. The head gasket has
also been replaced in the last two years and i was wondering what could be causing this problem. It is about every two weeks that i have to add a half gallon of coolant. I have tried Bars and it is only a temporary fix. The valve cover gasket is leaking pretty bad and that is the only thing i can equate the coolant disappearance to. Any feedback would be great.

First of all, coolant doesnt go anywhere in the top of the head to where your valve cover is leaking.

Second, have you checked your oil, it could be leaking into your oil from the head.

Third, You could have blown the seal around the cylinder in the head gasket and exhaust gases have eaten away at the gasket to a coolant passage. You end up actually burning the coolant. This is common with engine that knocked to much and finally detioriorated the head gasket. I had that happen to me.

Also even though your Headgasket is only 2 years old, it can still be blown, Ive seen people blow a head gasket a day after it was installed, even when installed correctly.

aight thanks for the reply...I was hoping for a different solution but I guess that could be the only explaination...time to tear off the head I guess

Are you sure its not leaking very slowly from somewhere? I had a similar problem, turns out i had a small leak by my oil cooler, then the cooler itself went bad and started mixing oil and coolant.
