So guys I have searched as best as I can and I have not been able to find anyone That has had the same problem as me so maybe you guys can help. Here we go. I was driving home the other night when I notcied out of no Where it was extremely hard for my car to get in gear. I figured it was my master cylinder considering it was leaking a Tad bit. No worries because it was under warranty. Well I noticed it was still full with fluid. Well I got under the dash andpressed the clutch in the master cylinder push rod would bow up making like a teepee shape. I thought that was weird so my first thing That came to mind was making the push rod magically backed out too far from the clutch pedal. Well I pulled The pin to that housing behind the peddle that the push rod screws into And noticed the bushing started coming out of the housing. So I replaced the whole master because it was a free replacement and I get a new clutch pedal housing( whatever its called. Bled the clutch and its doing the same thing to this one. So basically When I push the clutch in I guess it gets pressed in unevenly bows where the push rod screws into that housing a pulls that bushing out. And the bowing doesn't allow the push rod to get pushed into the master cylinder. I hope I explained it enough. Anyone that could help or any suggestions would be much appreciated

Wow, kinda long and run oin. Try using the return key a little.

If the rod is bent you will need a new rod. Do a search on how to adjust the clutch. Seems like yhou have the clutch adjusted too far past the relief valve in the master cylinder. Pressure is building up.

Basically, when you can't push the slave cylinder back in by hand, it's adjusted too far. Go a couple of turns at a time, once the slave will retract, try going one turn in the opposite direction.

Should give perect adjustment.

I think maybe my post is a little confusing. Its my master cylinder rod that's messing up. And its not bent its just I guess When I push in the clutch it does press straight so where the rod screws into he back of the pedal it flexes up. In result pulling that bushing out some what and making it so the rod wont press in like its supposed to

You'll need to replace that bushing then. One of the vendors here on the site have them. They usually show up on one of the top popups.

Guys. So I went undress the car and I think I know whats going on. When I have the rod out ok far I guess it pushes unto evenly. But I have to have it out that far to get enough thrust to go into gear smoothly. Well I adjusted it in to wear it engages decent but my clutch is lower than my brake pedal. Also. I think I could get more clutch travel because I have like a quarter to half inch slack in my pedal because the hole in the clutch pedal is bigger than the holes that are in the piece to the master cylinder. Is there supposed to be a bushing there?
