Hello guy and ladys. I am loking for a place to purchase all of the rubber stripping for my 2gb talon. Car is getting painted and I don't want to put the old stuff back on.. I would also like to know where to purchase the p:Dlastic pins for mounting them. Any help would be appreciated.:D

If I were you, I would just pick up a case of beer and a can of Plastidip. You can either blast the rest of the black off, or just spray it directly on.

The new stripping is VERY expensive, the stuff you get used is what you already have, and most places are out of stock of the new anyway.

I got it from the dealer all strippings hatch doors and all. Thanks for the help every one.

how much did it cost you and whats the product codes??

I just ordered some weather stripping for my car. It was alittle on the high side but well worth it. I got mine from JNZ Tuning, but you can also try Extreme PSI.

can you send me the link you found the weatherstripping??

If your weather stripping is not completely cracked but just faded and older. You might want to try "Gummi Pflege Stift" it is supposed to work great at restoring rubber trim from what I read, it is what BMW factory recommends. I just ordered some through amazon, and can post how well it works once i get in and apply.

Thanks Kev. The old ones were ok, but at the level of this build they stand out. Could not see puting the old ones back on. I got them from the dealership.
