I have a 2g and the striping looks like shit!! its fallin apart, i think this is a comon problem, any ways i was lookin for a place to buy new. got any ideas or web sites?any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found it, i bought the upper trim, i was wondering what they ment by lower window tirm? oh and the trim that meets the ends of the window, all around minuse the door, where could i find that?

i assume (maybe incorrectly) that the lower trim is the piece that runs across the bottom of the window/top of door panel on the outside. As for the soft foam/spongey ruber weather stripping that actually seals the window try your local mitsu dealer.

Its a very common problem. On mine I ripped off the rest of the trim on top to form an even line and used a gloss black paint to paint it. You can't even tell and its been a year. just a cheaper route if your interested.
