Weak spark for #1 and #3

Swapped the following, Coil, Transistor pack, ECU, Cas, Plug Wires, Plugs, made sure all ground were very good still nothing.

I tried to put a timing light on #1 didnt light up same for #3 but lights up for cylinders #2,#4.
If I disconnect #2 or #4 with engine running then #1 or #3 will get strong spark.
I need serious help with this.

The car runs, has a high rpm misfire.

I would check your ground wires that go to the engine. There should be one at the bell housing to the battery and one from the intake manifold to the firewall. Also make sure that there is the short one from the battery to the firewall still intact.
