Lets switch it up a little bit. How are some of you guys setting up your kits? Where are you mounting your tanks and pumps? Also where exactly are you mounting the nozzles? I would like to mount a 1gallon tank in the trunk but want to know if alot of other people are
doing it.

I'll let the original poster switch it up. I suggest a new thread. We're getting off topic a bit. I will gladly answer your question. As there are tricks to get consistant results. Just post a link to another theread ytou are starting. The info is relevent but is not what the threadstarter is asking:thumb:

As long as you guys keep the info in lames terms it's cool. I started this thread cause the other water/alky thread was gettin a little to scientific and most guys just need to know the facts. If anyone wants to put in anything else about their kits feel free.:thumb:

Keep the poll going though for new guys that come to the thread.

Well then. It is ideal to have the pump lower than the tank. No matter ehere the tank is... It will stay primed no matter where it is if it on a lower plane. I have my tank in the back of my car... It is a 5 gallon tankLOL . I have to fill my tank every 1800 miles:D . How's that for a hassle:thumb:

If you have a good check valve and/or solenoid then it doesn't matter what level the nozzle is with the pump or tank. Just place the solenoid and/or check valve in the line very close to the nozzle.

In reality there are so many variables that you need to consider. Every car is different. We have seen cars that do better on 100% water, vehicles that do better with Meth and some that did better with mix. Then there are different systems from progressive to on/off, etc. It all plays. We have seen denatured alcohol/water gain 80 + HP on an evo and also 100% water do similar.
