wastegate actuator

I installed a new turbo with a internal wastegate replacing my old turbo and the external wastegate. I dont have a wastegate actuator on at the moment. will this cause the turbo not to spool and blowoff? thats my issue now

Without the waste gate actuator the flapper can just blow open, so yes that will not make much boost.

ive been looking around, I cant really find any good sites selling internal wastegate actuators. any help?
