Since the 16g actuator that came with my car is shot, I'm thinking of scavenging one off the parts car 14b. Anyone have know how much the rod needs to be bent, pics would be great.

Thanks

good question i think my wastegate is stuck too. should the arm move back and forth if i try pulling and pushing it with my hand? will a wastegate from a inline 6 300zx work on this stock turbo? i happen to just have one laying around.

It should only move one direction- out. If you have to push it back inward, it's defective. The best way to test an actuator to make sure it's opening properly without leaking pressure is to supply the actuator with 20psi or so from an outside source (air compressor, etc).

No.
