I keep breaking the vaccum line to gate at the nipple. Ill replace it and itll run fin and boost controller does its thing but then it breaks within a month or so. I have even started using the silicone but still having issue...

Anyone have a better solution? its a pain to take the intake tube off just for that

Not currently but its the nipple on the 16g actuator. The hose that i attach there is only getting about a month of life. I can cut half inch off and reuse the line until its too short but its a pain. I thought the silicone line would fix it

its possible that my intake tube is rubbing on the line and vibrations are "sawing" it off... may need to replace the coupler on the intake tube or make some type of support for it.

Yeah the only option is the bend the nipple. I warmed mine up with a butane torch (be quick as you will mess up the diaphragm if it gets too hot), then used two pliers to bend it. You need to support the nipple at the base and bend the top.

Sounds kinky LOL

So this is common i take it

The 3" intake I made for one car with a 1g mas clears the nipple? The 3" intake on my other car with a 2g mas doesn't clear the nipple and I had to bend it, could be the coupler's I used. If you break the nipple it will break where it is brazed to the housing and you can jb weld it if needed.
