1G Walbro fuel pump questions

I was looking on STM tuned for fuel pumps because I need to upgrade from the stock one. I see that the Walbro 255 says it doesn't work on AWD cars in the description? I was wondering if this is wrong or the reasoning on why this is, the Walbro 190 doesn't have any restrictions for my car in its description and it looks very similar to the 255. I have a 1993 Eagle Talon TSi AWD. Thanks!

FWD and AWD fuel pumps are different. AWD uses the GSS341 FWD uses GSS342 pump.

Yeah Mitsubishi got a lot better with interchangeability on the 2g cars.....Well except for when it came to the 420a but I just think that was because Chrysler was insisting on putting their engine in the cars since it was a joint venture. Thanks for royally screwing the US market Chrysler! We would be so much better off if they had done the US N/T cars the same as the European ones.

Both the 341 and 342 are 255's.

Yes. It will overrun the stock FPR
