So my VRSF kit doesn't quite fit. The UICP directly interferes with the tranny dipstick.

I unbolted the dipstick and rotated it around until I found a position that cleared the UICP; It's not ideal but the dipstick tube clears and I'm able to pull the dipstick from there.

I am actually just looking for suggestions as to where/how would be the best place/method for mounting and securing the dipstick tube. Pics of previous installs would be helpful as well. Thanks in advance.

The car is a 91 auto by the way.

Same thing happened with my auto while installing the Punishment Racing kit. What I ended up doing is straightening the pipe with a 1/4 extension socket inside the pipe and hammering it straight. That way it kept its rounded shape, it cleared the upper pipe, and keep my dipstick.
