That means they may have a taken a GT compressor wheel, and put it on a standard bearing turbo....

when you say FP I assume you are referring to Forced Performance and their new FP30 series turbos? If this is the case then the answer is no, they completely designed their own turbine housings which are not based off of the PTE housings.
