VPC stalling at low RPMs

Before I had the VPC on the car someitmes the car will act up with the idling at low RPMs. Say I were to drive the car for a while about a half hour or so and then stop and turned if off for a little while about 5- 10 mins and start her up, the idle will be normal at first then it will drop to maybe 400 RPMs and go back up constantly. Now that I put the VPC on it will do the same thing but now stall on me all the time the car surges like that at idle. Can someone help me?

Bump the idle up some... VPC needs about 100rpm more to idle like the car did without. Sounds like you do still have another problem though (BUT, these cars can be a little uncooperative on warm starts anyways). Test the ISC?

I changed the ISC a while back before the VPC hoping it will help the surging but it wasn't the problem. By the way you would you feel that much of a difference with a vpc on a stock turbo runnig 20 PSI? Because I don't, but the car runs fine.
