visual diffrence of T28killer.

I purchased a turbo and its supposed to be a t28killer, My question is how can you tell the
diffrence between the t25 and t28killer? The only diffrence I seen is the inlet is slightly bigger on t28killer than on the t25.
But I think I got the long fat one on this deal.

well considering the t28 IS a t25 with more efficent wheels, you may not notice any visual difference. when i put my t28killer on i couldnt tell much except for larger

There are visual differences:
1) T25 turbine wheel has 11 blades, T28 turbine wheel has 10 blades and BigT28 turbine wheel has 9 blades.
2) T28 has dual fin compressor, while the T25 has single fin compressor.

The T28 and BigT28 has T28 turbine wheels stuffed in the T25 compressor cover.
The T28 Killer has Big 16G compressor wheel and special made Garrett compressor cover.

Thanks for the reply. I measured the air inlet and its bigger than on my t25
id I think was 48mm on killer t28 and t25 was 43mm . I dont know how hard it is to pull that cover but I dont think Im going to try that route.

You don't need to take the compressor cover off. If the turbo is installed take the intake pipe off and look at the blades.
