Vinyl Tribal Flames?

OK, SO I just got my eclispe like 2-3 weeks ago.

It's a 99 Black RS, and I added 18 inch WHITE Motegi MR7 wheels.
And I plan to paint some of my interior white as well.

I'm thinking of adding these graphics in WHITE to each side:
What do you guys thing?

yea i would have to agree with no, im not a big fan or graphics or any of that stuff, dsm's are beautiful cars stock there is no need to put all this flash on them, and for the white interior, i wouldnt do that, its a pain in the ass to keep clean and the stock interior looks better, IMHO

I just thought that some vinyl would help carry my black and white scheme to the outside of the car and justify the white rims.

Anyone else have an opinion?

I might try them they are only 30 bucks, so if they look like crap I can always pull them off.

Is it just tyhe tribal flames that make it look bad? Or just NO to vinyl decals in general?

SUm cars look good with vinyl, but that particular design right there is utter crap, imo.. Maybe its just cuz its photoshopped onto that car or what, but if i was going to get a decal, i wouldn't get that design.

if I were gonna go tribal or and graphix then I would design my own and take them to a vinyl sign shop and have them make it, then its only yours

ok, obviously you are newer to the site......most people on here are strictly into performance hence the no vinyl comments. I say if you have decided on putting vinyl on your car, there are a lot of cool patterns to choose from. Pick the one that YOU like best and put it on. That's it. It's hard to ask for opinions when it comes down to it, the only person who really needs to like it is you. white on the interior would also look awesome, just make sure that you clear coat it so it cleans easier!

Thanks, Yeah I am new to the site, considering I just got my eclipse.

Iv'e wanted one for years, and my parents finally decided to let me get one (but not a turbo cuz of insurance there was a sweet GSX at the dealership) since my volvo wagon was almost at 200k miles.

I'm just glad to finally have such an awesome car.

I'd keep it really simple if i was you.... if you want to accent the white rims, try a really simple graphic about halfway up your car and not too close to the wheels... maybe some kind of a line 3 to 4 inches wide kind of like on the skyline in 2fast2furious (heaven forbid) but not quite as wide. might look sweet but won't be over kill. jmo.

I had graphics on the spyder before rebuild and I got both flaming and positive on it.Mo0st important thing is that I liked it and I drive the car so thats what matters. If you like it..put it on.IT dfoesnt matter what the others think..its your car and you drive it so...Go for what ya like.Check my site for pics of my graphics..it was tribal related....
