vibration from clutch

new trans clutch flywheel but after 130 miles and some 2 and 3 gear pulls i have a bad vibration in neutral.it gets worse if i free rev to 3000 but if i engage clutch it stops.any ideas??????????ok i dropped my tranny i found my back lower bolt was pulled out and there was a gap there.my tob was also pulled to one side.but it would still spin. i hope this was my problem

ok i replaced tob and checked my clutch.i found nothing wrong.although i repaired the threads on the tranny bolt and put everything back together.vibratoin is gone so thats good.cars running great.
