hey guys i just got back from iraq, and my car was sitting for 7 months, i did all the necessary checks and fluid changes, but when i drive my car over 70 MPH the whole car seems to vibrate and i got my tires balanced 1 month before i deployed, any help would be appreciated, thanks

99 GST,Manual,2g, doesnt my profile info give that information?

Yes I could assume that like I have in the past and spend hours diagnosing a 2g gst when you have another car 1gAWD that is having the issues. Sorry ive ran into that before. People will have a name like FastNA and then be talkn about a boosted car.

Vibration meaning the steering wheel shudders or just like a noise give more description. If its in the steering wheel its from the front end if its major road noise and vibes it could be a wheel bearing.

yea i feel most of the vibration coming from the steering wheel another discription can be: the radar detector that i have mounted in the center of my windshield shakes as well, so u can feel the vibrations coming from more than the steering wheel

If the car was sitting on concrete you probably have flat spots on the tires now. If I didn't have someone drive my car when I was out of the country the tires would get a flat spot and I'd have to replace them. It's easy enough to check for - jack up the car and spin them. Check the tire for lumpy spots while its spinning.

+1 had the same thing happen

Just gonna throw this out there my wifes BMW had this issue. and itwas ONLY above 60-70 MPH. I dont know if these DSMS work the same since im new but here goes

"Rack and Pinion":thumb:

Rack and Pinion isnt something that goes just by sitting. Unless it is completely seized. Wheels were balances right before deployment the four wheels sittin in the same position for a extended ammount of time will knock off a balance.

it sounds like you have flat spots....drive it for a few miles if the problem doesnt fix then i would just get new tires.but before you go out spending money try and see if i could be anything else.i had this problem and got new tires.....no shake anymore :) gd luck.
