Very odd issue that I am lost on

Well make to make a story short here is my issue...

Lights flicker dash, headlights, tail lights, lost my horn (haven't checked fuse yet), anti lock light has always been on since I bought the car anyways, alternator belt was bad and being eaten up (and problem I figured was cause of a bad belt that I never had time to change til I had no choice) and replaced it with a new Dayco well the whole light issue is still happening but never at base idle only when driving.

Another issue is at times when going to start the car instead of anything trying to turn over, it sounds like a power surge in the head unit area where the ECU is obviously.. could I have a bad ECU? Making me have all these issues...?

I knew my ISC was bad so I unplugged it til I had the money to replace it so it didn't blow the ISC drivers.

Pull your Ecu and take a look (or post a pic of it) Test out your MPI Relay... Make sure you are not losing a connection with the battery,that your Charging system is in good shape... . Et cetra.

How do you test the MPI relay?

Check engine light comes on for a few seconds on ignition turn on (not cranking), just checked battery connection and is tight and good, and alt belt is good n tight.

Guess last thing left is to pull the ECU.

Had the charging system checked tonight and everything is perfect... any ideas on best way to replace ECU?

Hey did you ever find the solution to the lights flickering/dimming on your car? I'm having the same problem while driving. BUT If I push the clutch in or car is warmed up in neutral it seems like the voltage steadys and lights stop flickering.
